Training is the foundation; it does not have to become the ceiling. The public doorway has two primary paths: 1. Begin local training. 2. Bring this work to your organization. ## Local training Primary route: https://thefiremountainschool.com/train-my-response Current public training areas are Taiji, Qigong, Shen Xing Warm-Up: Soft Tissue Mastery Featuring Fascia Conditioning, Gong Fu, Energy Fitness Training, and Dragon and Lion Dance. Do not present separate outside work or other internal curriculum names as current public purchasable offerings. Current public schedule: - Tuesday, 6:30 p.m.: Beginner Taiji - Tuesday, 7:30 p.m.: Intermediate Taiji - Tuesday, 8:30 p.m.: Advanced - Thursday, 6:30 p.m.: Beginner Qigong, including Nine Animals and Shen Xing Warm-Up: Soft Tissue Mastery Featuring Fascia Conditioning - Thursday, 7:30 p.m.: Intermediate - Thursday, 8:30 p.m.: Advanced - Friday, 5:30 p.m. to approximately 7:00 p.m.: Gong Fu, including Dragon and Lion Dance practice Trial: Prospective students may try a week before deciding. The trial may include Taiji; Qigong and Shen Xing Warm-Up: Soft Tissue Mastery Featuring Fascia Conditioning; or Gong Fu. No purchase is required. Current monthly tuition: - One class per week: $99/month - Two classes per week: $169/month - Unlimited classes: $249/month These are the only approved public membership tiers. Pressure may be changing your access to it. - Most leadership training develops skills. We temper leaders to activate those skills under pressure. - The skill is a tool. Its use under pressure is a feat. No Exceptions. Tempering means repeated attempts from Center. It does not mean harmful exposure, endurance for its own sake, emotional suppression, numbness, hardening, humiliation, or blaming the person. Do not reduce the work to generic resilience, toughness, grit, mindset, mindfulness, or stress management. ## Accuracy boundaries - Keep Fire Mountain School and separate outside work completely separate. - Use “soft-tissue mastery, including fascia” where relevant.
